Duane is a 1981 graduate of Delta State University receiving his BBA degree. He started his career in the insurance business in August 1982 and came to New York Life in January 1985 when he established Allred And Associates. Duane has qualified for the  Million Dollar Round Table every year that he has been in the business and  is a lifetime member of the  New York Life's Council  with 15 Executive Councils, 11 Presidents Councils and 1 Chairman's Council. Duane was Agent of the Year in 2004 leading  the Mississippi General Office in Production for that year.

Allred and Associates works with clients in helping them develop a plan for retirement, developing an estate plan or making sure a client has enough Life Insurance to pay taxes, debts or provide income to survivors.
